magazine exists since 2003, more than 5 years. During this time we could

ingredients, specialized technologies and equipment for baking, confectionary
and pasta-producing industries.

clients, despite of their specialization and geographical location. Volume of
magazine 68-76 full-color pages, periodicity of an output of 6 times in a
year. The edition extends by method to direct post dispatch, also on the
specialized exhibitions, seminars, conferences in the Republic of Belarus,
Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
The history of journal.
I would like to present you the unique professional edition in Belarus, dedicated to the issues, lying in the sphere of baking, confectionery and pasta industries a research, production-oriented magazine Baker.
Earlier only Russian and foreign editions could tell specialists about the development of these branches of industry. Our Belarusian experts were suffered from shortage of information. They couldnt find all the answers on their questions. Information gathering from other sources, for example Internet, demands expenses and not very effective. Our specialists couldnt watch tendencies of markets development, knew more about the new suggestions and working outs in the sphere of equipment and technologies. In connection with this, we decided to create a specialized magazine for bakeries and confectioneries. On its pages we began to discuss actual problems of the brunch and ways of its solving, spoke about the novelties of the equipment, technologies, raw and ingredients, got acquainted with the results of science working outs and also with the experience of foreign manufactures, began to speak about the outstanding Belarusian enterprises and specialists.
Regularly on the pages of magazine you can see the analytical reviews of the packaging, bakery and confectionery equipment; information about new technologies, ingredients, raw, additives and recommendations for its using. Main themes of our edition are: healthy and diet food, increasing skills, recipes of bakery and confectionery products, the history of baking and others. Internet reviews, information about the specialized exhibitions and trades, seminars and conferences, comments of specialists all these things the reader can find in the magazine Baker.
